The Policy and Conflict Resolution Studies Center at the Arab American University is holding an international conference in its premises in Ramallah, Palestine for the period from June 22-25, 2018. The main goal of the conference is to provide a platform for academics and politicians to identify and explore the issues, opportunities, and solutions that may serve as the basis for innovative ideas for the Palestinian decision makers.
The Policy and Conflict Resolution Studies Center is soliciting submissions that reflect diverse theoretical perspectives and empirical research in both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Topics are broadly defined, but limited to the following areas:
- Social Media in Conflict Resolution
- Law & UN Diplomacy
- Negotiations
- The Local, Regional and Global
- Jerusalem: Politics and the Sacred
